Meatloaf is still a Rock Star? When did this happen?
-
Dehydrated--definition = drugs
-
Paradise by the IV bottle🍻
-
Report I heard is this is the 3rd time Meat has done this, might be time to just sit and enjoy those dashboard lights.
-
Given Meatloaf's size, it's a wonder the stage didn't collapse.

I am sure he hydrated with good stuffs.

I heard that the Canadians were so politely and quietly listening to his song that he thought the concert was over and took a nap.
-
His last attempt here in oz was a disaster, couldn't hold a note to save his life.
His early work was brilliant, he is now probably past it.
Any comments from the canuks regarding his current singing ability?

:1: Probably as much as he ever was . PBTDBL was the only good song he ever did  Kind of the Gary Busey
of R&R

Went to a Meat Loaf concert here in Hamburg in the nineties sometime. He was completely drunk and sang for less than 30 minutes!
But still, Bat out of Hell is an amazing album! Every song is pure genius and the lyrics are great!
"When you're crying out loud, you know I love you"....

Dusty
  He should name his next album that, "The Gary Busey of Rock and Roll".
As a side note, as much as I kinda have a spot in my heart for ol Meaty, the genius of his earlier work possibly resided more with cowriter Jim Steinman than the Meat man himself.

Wikipedia says "Bat out of hell" sold 43 million copies. Somebody must think he doesn't suck<shrug> couldn't tell you how many nights I've had fun in university city mo. At the rocky horror picture show. Susan Sarandon was hot!
-
I wanted to go but tickets were unobtanium, given the outcome I am glad I didn't go.
Like many I think Bat Out Of Hell was a gem, PDBTDBL reminds me of a young lady and my 65 Mustang 2+2, now that was a long time ago!
I hear the crowd was pretty well behaved, more in shock I guess, probably due to most everyone in the audience being north of 50 and staring at their own potential future.

And don't forget it was Rundgren who turned the concept into a viable record, financed the project, and also made all of the money from its sale.

This is easy enough to avoid if one cares enough to care.
Instead of simple bread bits, one must use partially crouton-ized bread to avoid a meatloaf collapse.
It's all about the moisture.
