Every now and again someone will state a thing or ask a question which I think should be obvious if one can even spell Guzzi.

Today it was my turn in the seat of ignorance. I didn't even know a Moto Guzzi "Interceptor" was a thing.

Saw this one and then looked into it. Yup, it's "a thing".

When I bought my T new in 76 there was a poster of a T Interceptor on the wall of the shop. It was a thing. Looked like a normal T to me on the poster.

That's kinda what I got from looking into it. Figured maybe it had a calibrated speedo, higher gearing or something but in fact, just naming I guess.
