Hope any board members down there are OK?

Where I live it was not too bad. However the eastern and southern areas of the state were particularly hard hit. 20 lives lost on latest count...

My son lives in Charleston WV, and they've had severe flooding. So many small communities in the state are located on small streams that can become raging torrents when hit with the amount of rain that blanketed them recently. One of his in-laws lost a 62 year old cousin.

Thanks for your concern for our mountain people over here Pete. 23 dead and massive destruction (http://www.nytimes.com/2016/06/25/us/west-virginia-floods.html). In the link there is a video of a house fully on fire floating down a flooding river. WV is an often forgotten part of the country and it now needs attention.

Sad times. Absolutely beautiful country and some of the friendliest people I've ever met.

That appeared on our news last night. It does not look good. Hope all who live in the areas concerned stay safe. The map they showed of the possible storm path would indicate that ultimately a fair percentage of the mid-north are in the firing line.

Amazing display of the power of water...

Some parts of WVA are like 3rd world countries. A lot of those folks did not have very much material things. Now the don't have anything at all.
