Thinking of buying a 2013 V7 Stone used from a guy. Purchased new from Rose Farm Classics in Woodstock, Il. and has the specials wire wheels and black fenders, custom painted tank, Dart Flyscreen, tires that look off road, and hard bags. The bags have Moto Guzzi emblems and appear OEM. Can't find the bags online and wonder what they cost. May want to sell the bags. 2200 miles for $5800. What should I watch out for?
Thanks Jack

Value in the northeast is around $4800-$5000

I just bought a 2016 Stone from them, excellent service, great dealer!

Yeah, I agree. That's why I'm wondering what the bags are worth. The guy put some extra $$$ in this bike, but I would rather have the standard white tank. I thought I could get him down a few hundred and sell the bags.

I've bought & sold a lot of bikes. Extras on most bikes are a sunk cost - rarely do you recoup the investment. I'd not offer any more than a what a bone stock bike is worth.
-
Used bike likely has had the first service done, worth a few hundred dollars.

Used bike may not properly worn-in, just saying......

1, Rose Farm knows there shit.. probably set up right..
2, got pics of the bags?.. if Hepko Becker with the mounts probably around $500+/-
HB bags are the best, why would you want to ditch them?
-
Any vehicle purchased from Rosefarm has been set up right. Hard bags and mounts are probably close to $1k. It's well worth the money with all of those options, AND being setup from Rosefarm. You'll love the bike, I wouldn't hesitate to buy it, but I already have one.
I have no relationship to the current owner of the bike.

Thanks for all the replies and information. It appears to be set up right. OEM wire wheels/aggressive tires, hard Guzzi bags, Dart Flyscreen, lower pegs and different mirrors. The tank was painted some Italian Car color. 2200 miles, and new condition. I will try to work the price, I have purchased 37 motorcycles in my life so I have some experience.

With what?

The bags and mounts are worth no less than $500 if they're in excellent condition. Don't let anyone try and tell you otherwise. A used pair in excellent condition with the mounts are not easy to find and a new pair will eat a thousand dollar hole in your pocketbook.
The bike (as it sits with the bags) is easily worth $5500 (maybe a little more if you don't have to ship it; and apparently you won't have to do that).

Bought the bike today. Got it for $5000. 2131 miles. Services all done at Rose Farm Classics. New condition with more goodies than he said. Dart Fly Screen, Tank Knee Pads, Spoke Wheels, Mud Guards, Hepco Becker Junior 30 Hard Bags with Guzzi Emblems, Heated Grips, Knight Design Lowered Pegs, Mirrors, Luggage Rack and the Fuel Tank painted a color from some Italian car.

Another site to check out, the Moto Guzzi National Owners Club.

Keep the HB cases. You'll kick yourself if you sell them Unless you want to pass them along to me for a really, really sweet price. I promise to take care of them!
Steve.

I love this bike.. Over 200 miles so far and I'm loving it. I think I need to put the battery tender on my Indian, it might be setting a lot. Would like the Dart Classic Flyscreen a little bigger, anybody make a larger screen that will fit on the brackets from the Dart. Looks like the larger Dart Marlin has different brackets so I can't just order the Marlin screen. Would need to order the whole kit and sell my Classic Flyscreen.
