Title: Breva 750 key help
Post by: Noguzznoglory on June 29, 2016, 04:22:08 PM
these are the keys that came with my 04 breva 750. the red key fits ignition only and the black key works in the gas cap and the seat lock.
assuming that guzzi is like other cycle manufacturers and all the keys are supposed to match, is the red key a valet key? in any case i'd like to make them all match. rather than fight to get the ignition lock out i'd like to get the other 2 locks keyed to match the ignition key but i don't see how to get the lock cylinder out of the fuel tank cap. any help?

Only one key for mine.  Fits everything and it's black.
Cheers, Tim

If you want 1 key for all you need a lock kit, it's ign lock, gas cap and seat lock. GU32736811 Most likely pricey.
Yea $275

One black one fits all thgree on mine too.

Sounds as though the red on is the outlaw.

The keys are double sided, you can get one side cut to match the ignition, the other side to match the tank.
At least that's what I did for my EV

Thanks for the tip. So obvious but I may never have thought of it. That may be my fall back position.
Any idea how to getthe lock cylinder out of the tank cap
