Title: Bulb Holders for T4 Indicators
Post by: Guzzi_Don on June 30, 2016, 08:59:24 PM
Hi guys,

I am fitting an original fairing to my '81 T4. I have the indicators for it which screw into the fairing, but I am missing the bulb holders that fit to the rear of the indicators.

Can anyone suggest what part might fit and where I could get it from. I have tried bulb holders from Japanese wiring harnesses that I have laying around and they are too small.

See pics below;

Thanks

Perhaps something from a Fiat or Alfa?

What did you try in terms of Japanese? from the pic they seem to me 1156 and or 1157 Honda ( automobile )  1980s to 90s (automobile) sockets might fit. Unfortunately I am away and cannot measure and report back , but perhaps a wrecking yard may have some ? As it was the terminals used to get hot and  sink in the ones I am referring to , so you will have to check carefully.

Thanks Guys,

I will try suggestions offered.

A measurement of an existing one would be good. I believe the SP1 and SP2 were the same.

Thanks
