Title: why do I get a notice that my session has timed out

As above , whats going on?I am afraid to make anything but cryptic posts. Am I doing something wrong? Look at my reply to RK on my slipping tranny. When I posted it, I got the timed out message. Please explain. Thanks

 Simply a matter of taking too long composing a post . Hit post again and the system will refire and the post will go through .
