I remember seeing that bike at Guzzi Days in Angier NC back in '01. One of a kind, outfitted for Guzzi USA to shop around for police business.
Sadly, no takers, IIRC.

I rode this bike back to Atlanta from Houston in 2002 for Moto Guzzi. They didn't want to pay to ship it, and needed a LEO to ride it since it had blue lights and sirens. The lights didn't work back then, and the bags wouldn't lock and leaked, but it was a very nice bike. The box behind the seat is a radio box, no storage.
They let me keep it for a few months, and since I rode a motorcycle for Atlanta Police, I'd ride it in to work. I took it to several Blue Knight events and let other officers ride it as well.
They finally asked for it back, then a couple of months later called me to see if I wanted to buy it, which obviously I didn't. The dealer in Jacksonville got it and had it for years. He was trying to sell it for around $11,000, doubt he had any interested at that price.
