I truly believe these animals are harmless,
Maybe if their belly's full and there are no cubs around!

Basic rule for survival. If it has teeth and/or claws, BEWARE! They're not just be friendly. Orcas have nice big smiles when they perform. "Hey, stupid....yes, you trained us but......."

My sister in law has 4 of those little old black bears at her sanctuary (400 lbs. or so) they are NOT harmless. And these guys were raised in captivity. Cool pic though!
-
But....in bear language does that mean "come over here so I can eat you" or 'get the heck away from me' or 'you are ok, as long as Im not hungry'.
-
YES.

Wow.
Yeah, right.
There was a really good lecture by a guy who studied bears and bear attacks. His thoughts were basically that bears try to fit humans into their animal kingdom. The closest that they can come is that people are like small bears, but, we don't behave like small bears. That confuses them and when confused they are unpredictable.

The Czech is in the male....

The reason the sharks smile as they approach is because they like you.
-
Anddddd....we know why they like us.

Kind of like the Turnip Farmer smiles when he is circling a medium rare T bone

The way sharks like us is a matter of personal taste.
