Title: Breva 750 Fuel Vapor Recovery System Replace or Ditch?
Post by: EyedocKav on July 09, 2016, 04:00:13 PM
Hey Guys,

My Breva 750 fuel tank was damaged in a fall and needs to be replaced.  In addition to the tank, the fuel vapor unit was damaged (nipples broken).  Since the fuel vapor unit was only on US bikes, does anyone know if I can just remove it instead of replacing it?  If removal is possible do I just cap the two nipples under the gas tank?  Appreciate the help!

Thanks

I haven't ditched mine yet but it is in the cards.  You need to cap the line/ lines that feed into the throttle bodies.  The line from the tank should remain open for venting.

I ditched mine.  No difference either way.  I second Timonbik re capping the lines and leaving the vent line open.
