This is the guy that got me into motorcycles with his Bonneville video and now he's putting the Stornello through its paces the way Piaggo's marketing team envisioned.

Thanks for the post. I've been following Jamie Robinson for a few years now and have always appreciated the cinematography of his work.
Damm, I'm going to have to look at a Stornello now. The youngest son wants a mid sized adventure bike & I was thinking used 650gs but now a Stornello that I could use might be a better idea.

Truly impressive video-- Stornello doing a great job!

He passes through Julian and finishes on Del Dios Highway - a few of you know that road

Yup, good stuff right there... I miss those roads.

Edit:
Norm,
Is that overlooking Lake Henshaw where he stops to stuff his face with pie at the end...? Looks like it to me...
Damn, I miss that shit...!

Great Vid! Thanks for posting that.

Nice video, but I didn't see anything impressive about the riding. No hills, jumps, ect. or did I miss something?
Maybe they should have used a Ducati Scrambler?

Just a demonstration of riding in loose dirt and gravel, something that I would not feel comfortable doing with say the HD... the little Stornello probably offers great confidence to ride most anywhere. No jumps and bull needed...
Looks like fun to me.

Try jumping it too often and it'll tear the back of the gearbox off.

Cool video!!!

I think he pushed the little V7 as hard as anyone would push a loaner bike without returning with a cracked oil sump, if you check out his other videos he's a very skilled rider and more than capable of catching air on his personal bikes, a Honda XR650, Ducati Scrambler, and a streetfightered CBR600RR (that he offroads!).

Nice, thanks for posting.
There are a lot of cool videos on the MotoGeo YouTube Channel. I like his Big Sur V7 Racer video too.
