A good read indeed. Great to see a rider who, after a year, has gained some really good knowledge, understanding. and general common sense regarding motorcycling. I think the road toll out here would be a lot less if some motorcyclists gained what he has gained, rather than thinking that being Ricky Racer is the only way to be.

Probably more to do with him being a "mature" person than a 20 something getting on a motorcycle.  Practical ownership and use of a motorcycle rather than an extension of his personality.
