Chuck,
You missed this one....

looks to be a very good buy!
Interesting that it's on a CT. Craigslist, but at least two of the vehicles pictured, have Pa. License plates.

If it sounds to good to true.......

I wonder if he is going to give that Porsche away as well?

You wish.

Alarms and bells are going off, alarms and bells. If I had to get rid of a bike that bad instead of the low price , I would just give it to some one. Moving to Nigeria you think?

New Haven, CT area code and pa plates on Firebird and Bike. Google found nothing solid on phone number.
His toys must be in his "SUMMER HOME " in Pa

Rick.
I sent an e mail to the CL link questioning the location.
I got an e mail back last night saying the bike sold. If it had been a scam, I think the seller would have asked me to send money etc.
For the record here is essentially what the ad read,IIRC,
"mechanically very good, but needs a battery. Moving out of the country, my loss your gain. $750."

I think someone got a good buy.

This reminds me of a joke.
Two economists walking side by side passed a twenty dollar bill lying on the sidewalk.
The first one said, "You see that?"
The other replied, "Yep."
"Couldn't have been real."
"Nope."
