Pretty cool, I work with a guy in the late 70's who rode a cafe Goldwing, so big bike cafe's are nothing new.

Given how far back the pegs are the dustbin needs to be seriously longer and a bit higher in front. Yeah, a LONG wheelbase. Still a nice combination. At least it's not a cruiser.

Yes, the 1st pic I saw of the bike was actually a trendy men's clothing ad With a dapper dude in skinny jeans and a PERFECT beard. (Not that there's anything wrong with that)

Hey RedRider, cool links you found there! I really liked the videos of the "V8 Build" , the builders business name is hilarious too....Numbnut motorcycles! I showed it to my 32 year old son, and he wants a pair of those V8 Jeans. I guess their marketing "works"with that target demographic!

Aside from being butt-ugly, things that are wrong with this bike:
Clip-ons on a bike with an apparent 14 foot wheelbase - needs power steering. :laugh:
Rearsets attached to to the swing arm. Seriously?
Exhaust outlet immediately in front of aforementioned rearsets. :rolleyes:
No padding on the tank, 'cos yer knackers are gonna be hard-up against it. :grin:

Not familiar with any vanguard ads but that was worth watching for the music and wildlife scenes alone! The AGATT boys will go ape over those red tennys! Nice work! Js

Thanks for the positive review. The garb was intentional to parody the original Vanguard ad. I usually wear sandals! The first Vanguard ad was pretty cool, gritty editing and music. a fellow rode an old loop around showing off the Vanguard clothing but the old Ambo?, I think it was? was the star. I made a Summer and a Spring followup video but never completed the winter version..I was a hipster long before Vanguard was born! (not)..and didn't intend to sidetrack the thread but when I saw the reference to Vanguard I had to pull out the old video. :laugh:
