Nice.

Does the black get hot sitting at stoplights during summer sun?  I thought I remembered someone telling me that kevlar seems to not get as warm as other materials.

It's black, so it attracts heat, but nothing worse or better than any other similar weight black jacket I've tried. I'd say it's a non-issue.
