There ya go, boys.
All the parts that it may need can be sourced from Europe.
This is an early version of the NF Militare and has the smaller/lighter flywheel.

OK... help me out guys. I'm considering this. I've looked into getting parts and manuals for other old Guzzi's but not this model. I'll have to start looking but any insight would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Rick

I have a blue (Carabinieri) Nuovo Falcone of the same year. It has the "heavy" 20lb flywheel. Probably worth checking with the owner if flywheel weight is an issue for you

I know this owner and have ridden with him in the past. I'd take this bike but I have no space or time. He'll be in town next week for just a few days. I tried to buy it a few years ago but he wouldn't sell. Now he wants to sell and I can't take it.
As I recall, it has beige body work which would make it the rare "Sahara" version. He says there is no Sahara lettering and the paint may not be original. Decals might be available aftermarket. Would have looked like this:

No idea about a fairing or bags. Somebody has to show with cash and a haul vehicle. I'm local and available if you need help.

Hi Patrick,
Thanks for the info... it helps very much. I can rent a Uhaul motorcycle trailer for the day for $19 and I live in the same city as the bike so I'm good in that respect.
Cheers,
Rick

I just received a reply from the owner stating it has no fairing and no hard bags.

Cool bike, the last guzzi that you trace back to the original singles IMHO...
-
Wow! Hope you can do a rescue on it. Too involved for me.

I've had mine for 7 years, you won't win any traffic light Grand Prix, but life at a gentler pace has much to recommend it👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Yes, this is possible. I think the earlier ones were produced in 1969 and had the smaller wheels that carried over to some of the early '70 models.
It's not a big deal. The big flywheel gives the bike a lot of its character and, for the Militare, may be better in that it allows the bike to crawl over any terrain. I have both flywheels with my Civile but am currently using the heavy wheel that came stock with the bike in 1974.
