You want an OEM seat, or any Norge low seat?  I've got a Corbin that is lower than standard, have been thinking about changing it out for another custom seat at some point in the future.

Is there a difference between the 2V Norge and 8V Norge with respect to the seat?
A seat from a Breva 1100 should fit, no?
