That is a beautiful motorcycle, I had a one of that same vintage, but mine didn't look near that good.

Really a gorgeous bike. Amazing that the restorer was even able to find a BMW shop cloth!

I don't think he would sell it to me without the trailer, I'd ride it home LOL

Bidding is up to $5,500.00 , guessing with the trailer it will hit $7K plus/minus .

Well, THAT certainly covers any offer..Lol
Loved my /5, problem was I found it when looking for my first guzzi.
Delayed my entry into gooseville by 10 yrs.!
and Dusty,yes, 7k sounds fair enough. :bike-037:

Well, that's the problem, isn't it? That's a beautiful, functional (so says the ad) bike. It's being sold as a Show Bike and will go for Show Bike money.
But I can't use a Show Bike. I have to have a Ride Bike. And once I rode it, it would knock thousands of dollars off of its value as a Show Bike and it would only be worth what a Ride Bike is worth ...
So I guess I'm out ....

Well Taz , seems we are both wrong , bidding is at $7500.00 with six days left . Guess maybe the /5's are getting some real respect these days , at least the R75 .
