Title: Can someone identify these buttons on the bottom of my tank?

I had my Scura tank cleaned and detailed.  These 2 buttons were on the bottom.
Can someone tell me what they are for?

 Attachment points for fuel/vapor overflow and drain for the well around the gas filler .

Grease nipples.  :wink: I swear the are grease nipples. You must have the improved super slippery model tank which came with two. :rolleyes:
