It's not upside down, it's back to front.
Would you trust this man to fit the pistons or the rods or the headgaskets the right way round?
Nada, he hasn't even got the pinstriping down and it's only done 10 miles since the rebuild.
You boys got excited about some Ambo the other day so much they pulled the thread. That one was miles better than this.

The mount is back to front and he's fitted the light where it should go onto the guard.

He's probably restored everything else perfectly with his outstanding knowledge of Moto Guzzi and his trusty copy of Guzziology. Not.

What is it with some people, it has to look like it just rolled off the factory floor or it's a piece of crap? yet others immediately take the stock mufflers off a brand new bike and that's ok.
I'm proud of my Eldorado with non stock wiring, home made switches, home made seat, tubeless tires, no pin stripes and a zillion other things, you nit pickers can go ----

Meh, it's s simple mistake. As for the "Would you trust this guy to put the pistons in correctly" crap? Bah, not one self-styled mechanic in this place hasn't made simple mistakes in their wrenching career. NOT ONE, and if you say otherwise, you're a liar.

I don't think it was a mistake. I think he planned it that way.
I gotta confess to doing that sort of thing all the time when I don't like the way something is supposed to go together. For example, I flopped the headlight ears on the EV forks to raise my headlight. I think this guy did the same thing to lower his tail light. Why? He likes it that way.

At least he got the front fender on correctly.

If you get the right tires you can mount the rear on the front and vice versa. :laugh:
