Good to see that this coach got fired. Being an athlete in one sport, doesn't automatically mean that you're good in another sport. Specific coaching and equipment needs to be in place and adequate notice to the legal guardians of the students involved.

Yes, I agree with you on being a lousy synchronize swimming coach. I would however make a decent swimming coach. First job out of college was a swimming teacher in the morning and lifeguard in the afternoon. Red Cross Water Safety Instructor certified. Same as being a lousy football coach, I would however make a decent strength and conditioning coach certified through the National Federation of Coaches. I was certified with the Hawaii Karate Congress as a judge. Wouldn't take much for me to re-acquire that. :tongue:
So yes, I would be a lousy synchronize swimming coach. :grin:
