Yes, there's Guzzi content. I've personally witnessed the amount of hours she puts in. She's earned this. I think it's fitting that I recognize her here too.

Bonus points for sneaking in a picture of a Guzzi!

Awesome. Congrats to her and to you too. Being recognized for hard work is very fulfilling, sometimes more so than a paycheck.
Cheers :boozing:

I've created a monster with her. She loves Moto Guzzis. Especially her 2001 Cali Special.

You mean she has a job on top of looking after things on the forum and MGNOC? Amazing!
Good to see her recognized...

You may just have it too good. "Honey, I'm going to pick up another Guzzi." "No problem, would you get one for me too?"

Congratulations, it's good to see hard work recognised :thumb:

Wow!

OK, now that you have put your wife under scrutiny here, what's her formal education to accomplish this position @ Walmart? I used to be in retail mgmt. with Sears Roebuck back in the `70s and am curious. BTW, congrats to Lasandra for her accomplishments. :thumb:

Ya done good, Luap. Congrats, LaSandra. :thumb:

Congratulations, hard work pays off. thanks for posting, I wouldn't have had a clue otherwise!

[Arizona Wayne], that's what LinkedIn stalking is for
And by reviewing her career arc there, I learned that there are TWO Moto Guzzi groups on LinkedIn - never would have known that.
Please give her our compliments, [Luap].

She has an Associates degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology. She got that long before she started Walmart. She started out as a cashier and worked her way up. Hard work, determination, not complaining, networking, doing it right the first time and taking advantage of the many continuing education programs that they offer in Walmart is the way she did it. I remember not too long ago she'd work a full day, then go to night classes and come home to sleep 4 hours and get up and do it all over again (with a B grade, the company reimbursed all expenses). That work ethic is dwindling today, yet when someone has it and they give their all and get rewarded for it, they are often punished by people thinking they performed other "tasks" to get there.
Anyhow, she has enough transcripts now to not work too awful hard to get her Masters in Business Administration.
I hope she continues the climb and becomes the first female CEO of Walmart. But of course I'm a little biased.

Good for her. Hope she enjoys her job and get's a sense of accomplishment. That's what matters the most, IMHO.

Of course riding a motorcycle, doesn't hurt the non-public image with her co-workers. Probably an OMG moment. :thumb:
