Title: reposition gear shift lever V7II

Hi All,

I just want to confirm before I try.  I want to change the angle of the gear shift lever on my V7II Stone.  Is it a simple splined shaft, just unbolt, slide off the lever, reposition to a new angle, and resecure the bolt?  Kinda looks like that is the case, or am I missing a step?

Take a look at the shift rod behind the swingarm, that has some adjustment in it and worked for me when I found it difficult to remove the shift lever from the splined shaft.  If you look at the shift lever and move it up and down you'll see the rod moving up and down in response.
