I've had good luck with the Stop N Go Kit. I purchased a Slime 12v air pump as well.

I carry them on the bikes and Corvette when I travel.  (Never messed with the CO2)

I have used this unit a few times. Only once the hole was to large to repair. The Co2 is a pain to get in but does work. I have added a small compressor to ensure enough air.
