Title: NGC small tool pouch - can you id?

Found this little tool kit on a back shelf at hospice store - any idea what they were for?   Its only 6 inches across

The kit has feeler gauges, so not for bicycles, unless those aren't original to the kit.

 Kinda looks like the set that came with a Mustang I owned years ago . The 2 wheeled kind , mine was brought back from England and had the OHV 250 Villiers motor with a 4 speed Burman .

Thats what I was thinking looks like it was supposed to be in there - no identifying marks on any of the tools unfortunately.
