It's worth what he's asking, I think.  There have only been a few here this year I've said that about.  The surplus spares and replaced/replacement stuff should heavily offset the purchase price; it's not that far away from being a project/runner.

If this would have popped up last year at that price I'd have bought it w/o hesitation. Amazing the difference a year makes.
