I think that is a Model 165,not a Hummer.

In any case, the design of the base bike was given to the US as part of German war reparations.  HD took the design and built the Hummer and 165, and the Brits designed the BSA Bantam around the German design.  I think the Russians may have built a bike around the design. Neat little two stroke.  Can't recall off the top of my head, I think it was either an NSU or DKW design.
