Title: Brown Sidestand
Post by: Cam3512 on October 12, 2016, 09:08:33 AM
I saw Nathan from Boxerworks at Barber.  If your Guzzi Brown is sagging when retracted, he said to send it back and he'll make it right.  It should be parallel to the ground when retracted in the up position.

Thanks for that info. Mine hangs a little further than I'd like. It's scraped a few times.

So I wasn't "installing it wrong" or the SP I was putting it on wasn't "somehow different" after all...

Nope. Probably due to the placement of the two mounting holes in the plate.

I think the angle of the two pieces was off before they were welded together on the one I sent back. But of course Nathan told me there was "no way that could happen".
