PJPR01 had a recent thread on his newly acquired Scura. Sounds like he's really enjoying it.
Here is another one that just popped up on the Philly CL. Nice one.

single disc clutch and lightweight aluminum flywheel.

It's a mild custom, not an original bike. It's been repainted. The tank should be matte with grey decals, not gloss with gold decals. The seat cowl should be grey with the word Scura in script. The valve covers should be grey, not gold. Nice looking bike tho. The high water mark for V11 Sports.

Using your logic MG Daytona's are junk because eventually their oil pumps fail and destroy the motor.
But most of us consider the Daytona a great bike. Bush the oil pump and ride a classic.
Scura is the last of the hot rod Guzzi's. Great motor, great suspension.
Like a Daytona, it's flaw doesn't detract from it's greatness. Fix the flaw and ride it.

I used to own that one. Sold it to a dude In joisey. I had it painted and put on the silver valve covers. It had been wrecked a little when I got it.

just saying not the "high water mark".. that would be the Nero Corsa.. clutch doesn't need to be fixed..

Can't type scura here without that pic coming up. I think it was posted when I was selling that bike 4 years ago. Very handy
