I have the ignition switch from the Calif. II I sold to a guy so he could use the motor from it in a Morgan he is building. I want to adapt it to my 1970 Triumph for 2 reasons, One, I don't have the key for my Triumph and two, I like the folding key from the Guzzi switch. I've done a search and can't find a key like this anywhere, was it a stock item? The issue I need help with is the Triumph switch is a 3 wire and the Guzzi switch a 4 wire. Can anyone direct me to a wiring diagram for the switch or tell me which bullet holes I need to use for the Triumph?

Stock key, yes. Duplicate blanks would be regular keys. Good luck. Ask a locksmith that has old Fiat blanks.
Get a multi-meter and check the switch. Turn on-off to see which hole is what. You'll have to one position that you won't use with the Guzzi switch. You can also use a universal ignition switch from an auto parts store too. Just change the connectors.

Tom, not sure you understood. I don't need a key, have the Guzzi switch and key and already installed in the Triumph. I'm going to use it instead of replacing the T key or an aftermarket switch. I like the fact that it doesn't look like a key when it's in.

It should be the same switch as a Convert, check out page 4/8 of this .pdf:

I see where you added to your post, but not my post. What did you edit in mine? The Guzzi switch uses bullet connectors which are common on my bike, the ignition uses spade connectors. I have no problem cutting them off and replacing them with bullet connectors.
