Looked like a decent deal so I thought I would share.

Looks good but I want to point out that this OEM rack, although it looks very similar to the H&B rack, will NOT work with H&B top hard cases.

It's a shame the way everything is "dedicated" now. Back in the 70s When I had a Yamaha I was passing a shop selling second hand bike parts and saw a rack. I bought it, it fitted on the bike. Later, a similar, but different shop, there was a top box. Again, I bought it. It fitted on the rack. Everything like that seemed to be pretty universal on those days.

You might take a look at Ventura racks and soft luggage. I've used their products for years on V 50, 65, LM1000, SV650S, bmw and others. The luggage will fit all their racks. Attachment points to chassis vary, but the shelves and optional hoop for tail packs have all of the same attaching dimensions and are interchangeable. R3~

A Hepco + Becker adapter can be bolted on to the OEM rack..

the OEM large rear rack will not work with the Hepco-Becker side cases frame.
