Title: Why Do I feel Someone Is Watching Me? NGC

My Wife and I have  been discussing internet ads and internet searches.  This morning, I told her I was going to look at women's underwear on amazon and see if I got women in underwear ads. 

Didn't happen, I got Guzzi Porn.  A large banner ad showed up with a man in a gray Moto Guzzi sweatshirt "on sale" today only. 

I think I will go paint trim in the basement and listen to Alice and Jimmie.

Give it a little time for the application to reboot, and you'll see the ads. I can always tell what my wife has been shopping for by the ads when I wake up the computer. On the other hand, this forum used to always give me " Asian ladies who want to date you " ads, and I swore to my wife that was not what I was shopping for. There must be a lot of Guzzi riders with overseas aspirations  :evil:

Do you use spyware removal, you'll see how many are watching.

Go into your computer setting and choose the option to clear the web browsing history, including cookies, at the end of each browsing session.  You will still get ads next time, but probably more generic ads than ads based on where you've been on the info-highway.

but seriously. . i notice that all the time.  i'll get reminders on my laptop to buy something i saw on amazon or e-bay all the time.  stevet's right - it's cookies and browsing history.   and the devil.
