Title: RIP Tommy Allsup

 Toured with almost everyone , one of the greatest Rockabilly guitar players . 85 years old , and a lucky man . It was Tommy who lost the coin toss with Buddy Holly , right before the plane crash . A life well lived  :bow:

Saw him at cain's ballroom a couple of times for bob wills birthday bash. What a picker! Not many of the Texas playboys left.

Doing some reading on this, he actually passed away here in Springfield. :sad:

A well repeated version is Waylon Jennings & The Big Bopper tossed the coin & Walon struggled with the result lifelong.
