I haven't done it recently, but a couple of years ago a storm caught me offguard and I had to take gas from my '59 BMW to power the snowblower.
Like most carbureted bikes it's easy to get to the fuel lines, and it saved me.

Nope. I've stolen gas from the guzzis for the lawn mowers many times but not the snowblower :whip2:
-
I'm not allowed to choose both of the first two apparently.
Back when I lived in Edmonton, I had to do this once. The snowblower was already topped up, I had a full bowser set aside for the coming storm - and it still wasn't enough. A 90-foot long, mostly two-car wide driveway had to be cleared, and the storm was way heavier than forecast. I did it all once, but the streets hadn't been cleared, so I had to do it again later once the car could actually go somewhere. Which was to the gas station, of course.

No, but I thought about putting a snow blower on the front of the griso.
-
Well I couldn't find the gas filler hole on my manual hand push mower---------soooooo I :boozing:
-
Not snowblower, don't own one. But certainly for the mower and the chainsaw.
-
What's a snowblower, is that part of snowman slut culture? 😏
I always figure God put snow there and he'll take it away too (call it religion).
I will say I always loved how easy it was to pop off an airhead tank, hold it over a bike in need, and open a petcock. 😎

we had a little snow this year it was gone the next day. :thumb:

$3 kerosene siphon work a treat. Mower, snow blower, other motorcycles, vehicle have all been topped up using fuel siphoned from one bike or another.
-
I do take gas from the bass boat (old 2 stroke) to run the trimmer, chain saw and lawn mower.

Snow blower? Hell no. never had a need.
-
My snowblower is diesel so no
-
I always fuel my snowblower from my Yamaha SR500 because it keeps to fuel in the motorcycle from going stale (if we get enough snow) when the motorcycle tank gets low I ride to the station and fill up. I don't like gas cans on the garage floor waiting to get kicked over too.

I thought a snow blower was someone with a big cocaine habit.

I've drained the snow machine to get the boat home.
-
No is my correct answer but years ago I drained gas from the 305 superhawk in the bed of the truck to get back to base, probably not the same thing

i use the IBR 5 gal tank on the back seat of the bike to fuel the snow blower attached to the front of the bike
keeps me from having to fill up halfway thru the driveway
on the way to the top of Mt Washington
those guys still haven't figured out how to clean the driveway so they call me

How many here have started a siphon of leaded gas by mouth? I did several times in my youth and I always wondered if that's why I didn't ace my SAT's.

I've got one diesel powered (24 HP Kubota) and one gas-powered, 10 HP Simplicity. I've siphoned gas from bikes to run the gas one, but, never needed to siphon diesel for the Kubota. I've got a diesel backup generator, plus both our cars (VW TDI), and truck (F350) are diesel, so, I've got options. Worst case, I can take fuel the fuel oil tank to run it.

German engineering!
Not so easy to do with modern bikes, but, there is a company that sells a git for the R1200GS (I'm sure can be put on other bikes as well) that is essentially a 3-way valve and a hose so that you can rescue your buddy who's run out of fuel along the trail.

I am surprised that one of you guys haven't designed and built a snow blower attachment to your Guzzi.
BTW- I've heard that the Guzzi motor was designed for a tractor. :violent1:
