Title: Western New York Rally this year?
Post by: John in PA on February 28, 2017, 06:00:30 PM
Can't seem to find it on either rally calendar.

Late blooming, or not happening this year?

There's a partial listing in MGNOC Newsletter with the dates July 14,15,16 for a "New York Rally in the Adirondacks" with a "more information will follow".  That the one?

It's the rally that's held at the Westfield, NY KOA every year, not the Adirondack one.  It's usually the first or second weekend in June.  Joe Casey and his gang usually host.  Maybe I'll call Dennis at the KOA and see if they've reserved the weekend yet.

Western NY Rally is always two weeks after Memorial Day weekend. That should make it June, 8,9,10.

Ohio is Labor Day weekend, as always, FYI.

I've an opening on my Riding Calendar that weekend.  MapQuest says it is 460 miles for me...within my range.  Is this a large event?  How many riders typically attend?

Thanks in advance.

You'll love it.  Great KOA facility.  Lovely riding.  Great places to see and lots of cool attractions.
Local Guzzi dealer brings some bikes to demo. Must have been at least 60 last year.
