Hi,
After owning my V7 II almost two years I still don't know where these two washers should go. I got them from dealer in a bag together with warranty, invoice and other papers. Maybe someone can help? I doubt they have some important place, but still... apparently dealer didn't know either.

OK, they go under your mirror stem on to the holder on bars. Understand, it is a broader spacer than screwing them in w/o anything.
-
These are part GU91181003. They're supposed to prevent the threaded ends on the mirror stem tighteners from bottoming out against the handlebar. If you have installed other mirrors, such as the much better ones that are OEM on some other Moto Guzzi models (AP8104921 and AP8104922), their stem tighteners have shorter threaded ends and the spacer washers aren't needed.

I was certain that they went on the thonorkin bolt.
-
Did you get the little stickers that go on the mirrors? They say "Objects in the mirror may hit you in the arse"

Thx sib for part number. Found shema on TLM site. Weird... I have stock mirrors, but everything seems to fit without any of these.

Italian engineering: bolt too long, make a spacer.
Japanese engineering: bolt too long, use shorter bolt.

American engineering. Put a bolt in and let the customer figure it out. Happened on my Buell. Major reason why I built my own HD Reconstruct during the And era.

If you look, you have the smaller chrome version of same part, but you still get the black ones.

Thanks! I didn't even noticed. :thumb:
