size? Sorting box's, got my cover off. Is It 28-38-7 ? and the Alt o-ring size?
Thanks

The seal is indeed 28 x 38 x 7. No data on the o-ring, (Guzzi part no. 9070 6178) but it's also used on the plastic dipsticks, if that helps.

You can't rush into things. The rear crank seal on my '69 Ambo has been leaking since I bought it 20 years and 73k miles ago.

How does that go? The shoe makers kids have no shoes...... DonG

Well, long enough that I had ordered the stuff 2 or 3 times. My 67 leaked w/I got it in 93 and I stopped it 2yrs ago. How's that saying go "If it doesn't bleed it's not alive"
The o-ring was so hard that was a bugger to get out.

OR, don't trust nothing that bleeds for a week and don't die! DonG

Not to be sexist but they talked to the snake 1st.
Not easy to keep the wife out of her garage, one time she put all partial bottle of oils in 1 jug.
