Nope, not even close. I *think* that might be the home address for the POC listed in the MGNOC rally calendar. If you put 209 Adams St. into Google Maps, it takes you to the parking lot. If you use the satellite picture view, the camping area is the open field just north of there.
https://www.google.com/maps/place/209+Adams+St,+New+Cumberland,+WV+26047/@40.5002295,-80.6081998,692m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m5!3m4!1s0x88343ca1e7c1ccb f:0xc6a7888330edf81a!8m2!3d40.4997319!4d-80.6111073
ETA if you look up New Cumberland Fire Department that gets you right there.

And by that you mean that if you weren't in Kentucky you'd go to the New Cumberland Rally ... ?
"Ah, the annual "First Chance To Get Rained On In The Least Scenic Part Of WV Rally". ;) ;D" That one?
Oh, we get to know each other's game so well over all these lovely Guzzi years .... :thumb: See you in Willville!

 Nah, I'd probably just go to the Cass BMW Rally like I've done for the previous 10 years. Thought it was time for a change this year.

How was attendance to the rally?
We rode past on Friday and saw only a handful of riders, and then again on Sunday afternoon and everyone was outta there. Oddly enough, even though the outlook & radar looked awful, the weather for most of the Memorial Day weekend was great.

The Rally was Very enjoyable, small group about 30+ camping but 15 people that became what I call Day trippers. A few friends showed from E Sparta - Ashtabula- mentor Ohio.
Being the 37th year? of a Rally on a Holiday weekend, Many have Aged or are no longer with us,the kids that came with mom and dad have grown up and stayed home this year, didn't help get it to previous numbers of attendees. Rain on Sat Morn canceled the parade, But the VFW hall across served a 6 buck breakfast. LOL
Blakeville had a population of 6 not 30 what usually camps there lol
Sunday was sunny ride back home after a Filling Breakfast at the old Wicks Diner that has reopened under new owners
Hope we can get the numbers for this rally next year
