I have a "Flame Tech" head for oxy/acet cutting. Tip replacement is not a problem, but inside the mixing tube there is a two-piece "jet", if you will, that mixes the fuel and oxy. It sits in the lower of the two nozzle tubes and is held in place with a springs. Mine is getting plugged and worn. I've been rodding it out, but it's worn and I'd like to replace it. I've looked through a number of spares catalogs and can't find any internal parts for the cutting head. The local welding supply house gets deliberately stupid in this area and can only tell me they'll ship the head to Dallas for rebuild. They act like complete morons regarding the rebuild process, can't tell me the cost, can't tell me why they don't stock simple repair parts, and can't refer me to anyone who'll remove their chewing gum long enough to have an intelligent conversation about it. Any suggestions on who's got this level of parts?

They have repair parts hidden behind a dealer login. No parts breakdown available to consumers. This has been the problem in my search. You'd think consumables would be more readily available.
