Title: V7 II rear shock adjustment

I never had shocks like these,with the pressurized gas cannister.The manual I got with the bike,2016 V7 II Racer ABS,isnt clear on the adjustment.Apparent ly there are 3 seperate adjustments,I never had a bike with more than the typical pre load adjustment.Do all 3 have to be set "the same"?Right now I think they are too "stiff",I get a sharp hop when I hit even small bumps at 50mph or better,with ordinary shocks I would just adjust the pre load a bit softer.Whats the deal with these shocks?
