Building a custom flat bench style seat for my 1100i project. Will need V7 Sport style (full-coverage triangular) side covers. Will I have to fabricate these or is there a good substitute? Some of my 70s Honda CB side covers come close. Sorry if there's an obvious answer - this is my first Guzzi project.

not a bolt on but with some creativity they can fit.

Another couple options for you : http://www.motoguzziclassics.com/MGCParts2.asp or , from Europe :http://www.ebay.de/itm/Moto-Guzzi-2-Seitendeckel-Stahlblech-V7-Sport-Stil-2-metal-side-cover-neu-Tonti-/322548524934?hash=item4b1963e786:g:K8oAAOSwCGVX4-Vu

I ordered these from Italy to use on my Jackal for a similar project to yours. Not too expensive and made from fiberglass. You will need to figure out a way to mount them.
