I've searched the forum for details on this switch; but, I'm just not finding much.
A few questions for those who've done this:
1. Any specific year for the GL1800 driver pegs?
2. Is it a direct fit?
3. Do I use Goldwing peg return springs?
4. Does the kickstand need to be modified?
Thanks for all input!

1. I can't remember but I think they all do
2. Yes
3. I used the Goldwing springs but they needed a touch of surgery to make them fit. Also I did it so I could go back to stock if I wanted. I used the pins too IIRC
4. Mine didn't, but I have a UK spec bike
One thing, the greater width of the peg makes it a bit more tricky to get your legs down between the peg and the brake/gear lever pins

Search Goldwing pegs in the top right search bar for ALL the info. I've got them on mine with the Euro stand...very happy!

No idea on what years fit, I bought mine from a forum member who knew that they fit.
I used the GL springs, cant see how to keep the breva ones on the new pegs. I had to drill a small hole to locate the spring anchor pin, as the GL spring is a mirror of the stock spring
If you have the US sidestand... It will hit the peg unless you modify it. I found it annoying at first, but after a hundred miles i no longer noticed. I feel more buzz on that side if riding in sneakers, can't feel it in boots... It doesn't affect the stand enough to engage the sidestand kill sensor. I will modify the stand over the winter.

Ciao , I have the same problem but I don't find the pegs in Italy and I don't want spent to much money for new pegs.
Can someone post me the right vendor?
Some photos okf the breva 1100 with the new pegs?
Thanks

Same experience on my Norge for 10 years. Thought about the eurostand but the stocker is great in soft earth so I'm leaving it.

I was thinking of this mod for the pillion area.. Bit of a lower platform I understand?

This would be a nice improvement for a pillion - wider, lower, and thick rubber. Note that they will not fold up though.
I'll do the same mod if my wife every wants to ride more often with me.

No fold up? Nice to know.
I might look at Knight Design pegs also.

This style fits, it is what I have... but these are lacking the hardware, you can't use the guzzi pivot pin & return spring fyi, you need the GL ones

Hopefully I have included a couple of pictures on how I installed Goldwing footpegs on my 14 Norge using the Norge springs and pins. As hopefully the picture shows I drilled a hole into the peg and used a m6 bolt to take up the space so that the spring will fit. I also include a picture of the side stand clearance. This is the stock stand without any type of modification. the pegs I used were from a 2009 Goldwing.

I have the US sidestand and modified it by drilling a small hole near the fulcrum point of the sidestand, then I screwed in a small metal screw. When the stand is retracted, the head of the screw prevents the sidestand from closing all the way, and keeps it off the foot peg. Doesn't activate the stands killswitch and avoids the annoying vibration that occurs when the sidestand contacts the peg.
