I've read many sad stories about gauges such as the Norge/Breva, etc... misting up, with various levels of success at providing a remedy . Due to good fortune alone (I guess), mine has not had a drama (yet!) Here's a thing I'll put up as a solution of sorts. Would it be feasible to try this solution on a set of clocks that have been consigned to the scrap heap due to moisture ingress? Bore a small hole in the rear of the casing and fix a brass spigot of about 1.5 mm i.d. and secure it there. Run a piece of tube from there, under the tank and facing forward into the airflow under the tank somewhere to take in some "force fed warm(ish) air and let it flow minutely into the case. I'd expect that a second hole would need to be bored in an appropriate location also in the case, to allow for air to circulate back out. I can recall in a previous life, a GT 750 that had a rotten misting problem similar to the current issue and I put a 3/32" hole in underneath the clock casing and the problem went away. Thoughts?

I did something like that
a) seal every possible leak point with mastic to be sure
b) fit a fish tank air line elbow facing down to all the top vents in the back
c) from the lowest vent I took a bit off tube so that the end was between the cylinders as a source of warm air.
The rationale behind this was that the electronics in the dash warms the air up and when you stop the rising air pulls cold air in that then condenses on the cold glass
Fitting the air line lets the dash flow warm air until all back to ambient.
I felt that it was better to try and stop the cause than fix the consequences
Conformal coating the board will definitely help if moisture gets in but I chose not to open the clocks
Since doing the above I've not seen any condensation but my LCD has still died wether due to water damage I don't know

PS I also found that the lowest vent was poorly made and blocked. I unblocked it
