So maybe they'll be able to get investors too. $30K.

Saw one a few weeks ago in Clifton, VA at Bikes and Breakfast.

Do you remember if it had a motorcycle plate?

No, I don't.

I pulled up the thread to have a look, and found that my interest in that sort of thing is .... ummm ....
.....
Look, a squirrel!
What were we talking about ... ?

What rear drive does it use?
-
The taildragger behind the car in the first pic get my attention more than the subject. What's up with that?
-
I guess I'm missing it.
Front wheel drive.
Uninspiring motor fer-lookin'thru.
Front steer.
I guess I'd rather have a ratty Miata. Get a trunk, top doors and A/C if I'm feeling that way.
Todd.

Do you mean the Harley bagger thingy?

There was a Vanderhall at AIMExpo last year, it's a beautiful thing. Handcrafter with a quality leather work on the interior that rivals the best of lux. cars. :thumb:
Much nicer then an old or even new Miata, not even in the same galaxy. :violent1:

Yeah, that butterscotch thing in the background. It looks like it's dragging when it's stopped. I'd hate to try riding it the way I ride. :bike-037:

Saw one of those prowling around town a while back.
Had a real nice sound.
Kept saying the name, so I wouldn't forget by the time I walked home.
Googled, nice machine, but maybe too $$$$ to keep my interest.

I think the guy's missing it are all the inventors since the 40's who all think this is a good idea. Good on 'em for trying but the reality is I don't think it's gonna catch on any time soon. Viable kit maybe but limited interest. 30 large, a Cobra kit looks pretty good.

For the money and wanting 3 wheels. I'd take a hacked motorcycle. :thumb:
-
Bbbut you already have a hacked motorcycle.
BTW, I am going to build a hack for my Van Van too.
-
:thumb: I was looking at a Royal Enfield w/chair for Mauri and GianThomas to play with. Less power and more manageable for them to learn on. Good luck with the Van Van.
