Any ups or downs on Agostini, OEM, or HepcoBecker (or others) crash bars?
Would like to mount some driving lights on them too.
I'm in a hurry, wife says I need to spend a few bucks to get some sort of frequent flyer miles. Sounds like a good idea to me.

Not sure on the V7III crash bars, but my agostini crash bars are nice, and do not add much vibration that I can tell.

To mount a pair of led driving lights to the forks. They have worked fantastic, and have not come loose. They adjust for angle, which is a bonus.

They have worked great for 2 years so far.

I just bought the Agostini bars. My guess is the bars will arrive way ahead of the bike, so I'll be able to slap them on before Anni's inaugural ride.

As I unfortunately got to put them to the test, I'd like to give a big :thumb: to the Hepco crash bars/engine guards. They work as advertised. A nice side effect for the Guzzi life without the crash is that they stiffen up the frame, thereby significantly improving the handling of the V7III. They are worth the price of admission for that improvement alone IMHO.

I went with the OEM because the dealer included $500 in accessories as part of the sale.

I only got them as a place to mount my running lights.

I'm running the Givi bars with driving spots attached. Price is reasonable and they're not obtrusive. Have not put them to the test.

Yup, it is very noticeable, I can actually feel the front suspension work now (and realize how mediocre it really is :weiner:). Makes a big improvement on bumpy roads at speed, the bike loses a lot of its wallow, especially in turns. It also loses most of the Guzzi Shake at startup, but I’ll look past that for the benefit of actually enjoying the ride more.
The H&B bar having effectively 3 mounting points (engine mount bolt, frame connection across both bolts, its own bracket) creates the added stiffness.
