Guzzi breakfast this Sunday, 20 August, Ingram's Diner in Jefferson (US 340 at Lander Road).

9 AM, bring cash 'cause that's all that works for Ingram's

Ugh. Ingrams is only 7 miles away but my 97 1100i Cali cutout problem now hits at around 5 mi.  I'll be there one way or another; may have to pedal.  Maybe someone has some ideas to get me mobile again.

Quite a variety of bikes. 17 riders if I counted right.

After breakfast I headed off towards Pennsylvania. In the small town of Wolfsville, MD, I spotted a sidecar rig in a parking lot, didn't quite look like a Ural or anything else I'd seen. Turned around and found that it was my friend Ken Haines on his freshly restored '43 Zundapp. Looked fresh off of the assembly line, with only 16 kilometers on it so far. Still working the "bugs" out of it - it was being difficult when he tried to start it to leave. After lots of checking, adjusting and head-scratching, it finally started and off he went.
