All a bit disappointing really. I thought it would be warmer being 71 degrees, feels more like 4!

Ha, if it were 71 here, I'd be freezing too, with the windchill factor 'n all. On the good side, it's only suppose to be 102 here (AKA excellent riding weather).
-insert cheesy smile here-
Thanks for the beautiful pics (sooooo jealous)!

Well, it seems you made it (again) - congratulations!
Great Norge photos!

Nice basalt formation. Did you watch the meteor shower from there?

Nah mate, must admit I didn't. Excited about heading off to Estonia tomorrow though.

Estonia has good beer . Any chance of visiting the "Joey" crash site ?

It ain't cold until the hair in your nose freezes and breaks off.
Those who have experienced this know I am right.

Don't know what that is, but as long as it's the only crash site I see, that'll be ok.

71 degrees, and it's the Oz equivalent of January/February? C'est dommage.....

The most northern part of Europe is not Nordkapp.

Damn ! Don't I feel like a loser :embarrassed:
Tell me, what is it like there, did you need a boat or did you ride ???
Now, hang me from the highest tree if I'm wrong, but I don't recall saying it was, but maybe I did. There is a point nearby which is 1500 metres further North. 'Tell ya' what ejs, how 'bout when I get home, I'll clean the Norge and we'll go back together, I'll pay for your fuel from London! Won't be as exciting as Googling it, but we could hold hands !!! :thumb:

Was just saying that Knivskjellodden is the most northern place. :thumb:
I dont think I will ever be there. Have to walk 8 km to be there (the black path) my hips would kill me.

You see guys the joke is…
“It’s 71 degrees…”
That’s the circle of latitude….Not the temperature….

Is there any place that doesn't have good beer? Not a wise as question.......beer is easy to make. Though on my last trip to the Adirondacks, out near Old Forge and beyond, I did have a hard time finding good beer.....or coffee! I did make some very good stuff in my motels though....brought my own kit.

Now that place is on my bucket list, it’s even further north that Tuktoyuktuk ( northern most town reached by road in Canada) and I am amazed it is a paved road (1000 km of gravel to Tuk)

Huzo, great pics( especially the rainbow pic). Thanks for sharing.
