Title: V7 III "Time" function
Post by: Phil Tunbridge on August 24, 2017, 02:22:32 PM
OK, can anybody tell me what this is supposed to do and how to use it?  I'm completely mystified and the owners manual is as useful as you know what on a bull!  And I'm not referring to the clock, I can tell the time.

Maybe it's lap times, good for if you want to time distance for speed runs, oh boy.

On my 1400, it is the elapsed time that the engine has been running since the last time the function was re-set.

just trying to figure all the new "I never asked for this stuff" myself. It looks like the time resets every time you restart the bike. the second odometer resets every day by itself. WHY?  I still don't know what that 2 MGT or something like that is. the shop manual is available for download on the other Guzzi site. I highly recommend it so you can be even more confused.

The 2MGT indicates the traction control intervention level.
