I happened to see this video link posted on a fb page, some very interesting opinions expressed on porting, combustion, power etc.
I hate to poke a hornet's nest,,, running for cover already,,,lol, but I was a bit surprised in his recommendation for semi synthetic 10w40 oil in these engines.
I have religiously been using dino motorcycle 20w50 with an SG rating for the old style valves,,, formerly Castrol, now Valvoline,,,
Has anybody out there converted to semi-synthetic 10w-40, feedback/thoughts? or has input that supports/refutes this recommendation
To the mods,,, I apologize up front for treading on the dangerous oil territory,,,lol.
