Wow.
I've seen a lot of bicycle racks on motorcycles, but none that look as dodgy as that. Having that load cantilevered that far back, even if it's only 30 or 40 pounds including the bike and rack, has GOT to be fraught with problems on real-world roads ....

Puts the "F" in "F-ing stupid".

Is his Ride that unreliable?
Makes you glad you ride a Guzzi!

Sheesh, everybody's a critic. Maybe you should track him down through his plate, build him a new one to your specifications for free and be done with it.
I'm sure he'd appreciate it.

He probably doesn't ride the bike - just figured it was a way to insure that auto drivers noticed him.
I moved a bicycle on my Honda 350 CL once - laid the frame across the seat and sat on it while going cross town - did have to remember to stay to the center of the lane.

No, not from me. He can run anything he wants, at any price he wants. Who'd want control over that? When that little standard fatigues and snaps and dumps the bicycle in the highway, that won't have anything to do with any WG poster.
Just a comment based on the appearance.

Maybe it's an anti-flip-wheelie thingy...

Perfect !
The first level of engagement is the bicycle front shocks - then the offset (both vertically and laterally) distribute the stresses !
There may be a slight induced turn effect - perhaps he only wheelies in corners.

Yeah, everyone is a critic. And you guys are way off base in your assessment... obviously, that is so another passenger can be added, and help with the drafting at highway speeds. I have ridden many times like that, and it really helps, especially if you add cards and clothes pins in the spokes (he obviously removed his cards while parked, so nobody would steal them).
